Party bookings/clay sessions and payments: Clay experiences and bisque/paint bookings are to be made via email.
Full payment needs to be made upon booking before a confirmation is given by Photini Pottery. Please use your invoice reference when paying.
A minimum of five participants is required per session unless otherwise agreed.
One-to-one or smaller group sessions are available at different rates - please click HERE for further information.
Prices for bespoke parties that combine different activities will vary based on your requirements. Please make your requirements clear at the point of booking.
Party or event timings will vary and depend on the activities chosen and participants but it is advisable to allow at least an hour for the booking/event. Please factor in set-up time too.
Geographical restrictions: Please note that geographical restrictions may apply for bookings. Please let me know your location when enquiring about an event/booking.
Glazing: Whilst I endeavour to return your glazed work as soon as possible, it may take several weeks to do so during busy periods. You will be given an indication of return times when your session takes place.
Bisque/clay experience cancellation policy:
All cancellations or re-arrangements should be notified by email. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
If you cancel your clay/bisque experience within 7 days of making a payment and do not wish to re-arrange/reschedule, you will be given a full refund. Unfortunately, fees are non-refundable if you cancel a booking after this 7 day period or if your cancellation is less than fourteen days from the date of the event.
If you need to postpone/rearrange a session, please notify me at least fourteen days before your booking and I will re-arrange a new date for you up to a year after the original event at no extra charge.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel your booking or one of my events, you will be fully reimbursed the booking fee but I am not liable for any compensation such as for money spent on booking a venue, travel, loss of income or extra costs beyond the booked activity.
If a cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe/adverse weather, lockdowns or other unavoidable situations out of my control, you will be given an alternative booking date that will be mutually agreed.
Unfortunately, refunds will not be given if you have fewer participants than booked/expected on the day of the event as I would have already incurred costs in buying resources and materials for the session.
Safeguarding: I am fully DBS checked (enhanced DBS).
Group bookings/sessions must be supervised by an appropriate member of staff/adult/carer, other than me. Alternatively, parents should remain with their children during an activity.
Appropriate activities and venues:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the activities booked are appropriate for the participants (e.g. age appropriate, checking for allergies etc.)
I advise that participants in all clay/bisque experiences wear appropriate clothing that is suitable for the activity as they will be painting and/or using clay. Schools may wish to provide aprons for participants. Similarly, it is your responsibility to provide table covers and the like if required.
I will not be held accountable for any damage, mess or stains left by your participants.
Please ensure that the space/venue provided is adequate and safe for the number of participants.
Please factor in time for me to set up before your clay/bisque experience begins.
Parking at or near your venue/home is desirable as I bring all equipment/resources with me.
Hygiene and safety:
All equipment is sanitised between clients/sessions.
All of my glazes are leadless, non-toxic or food safe.
I recommend hand-washing my ceramics.
Sales of my ceramics and delivery:
All of my ceramics are currently for sale in the UK only.
Please see my return and refund policy below.
Items are posted by 2nd class postage.

It is incredibly important to me that you have a wonderful event experience and love your purchases of my ceramics. However, I also aim to improve my services as much as possible and welcome feedback. If you wish to complain, please send your letter/message to Androulla at Photinipottery@gmail.com
